The Nurture Clinic Psychology

Meet Niki

I’m Niki Kajons, a registered psychologist with a deep interest and passion in supporting women during life’s most defining transitions.

Whether you are navigating new parenthood, shifting identity in midlife, perimenopause/menopause, or the complexities of separation, I offer a calm and compassionate space to pause and regroup. Using a systems-informed lens, we will explore not just symptoms, but the wider patterns and relationships influencing your experience so change feels sustainable and empowering.

I have a strong belief in the capacity of all women to move forward when provided with an environment that is warm, grounded, collaborative and practical.

I've held positions as a psychologist, health promotion practitioner, and Director in NSW Health for over 20 years. I apply my extensive experience in understanding the key drivers of mental health and wellbeing gained over the course of my career in my clinical practice.

I'm a proud mum of three, ranging in age from pre-teen to young adult. I have juggled the work/sport/family life for two decades, and have personally navigated many of the common challenges around parenting and midlife.

It's my privilege to walk alongside the inspirational women who shape our children and communities, as they reconnect with who they are to move forward with peace and purpose.
